AEM DevOps ENGINEER

We are currently looking for experienced Adobe AEM DevOps ENGINEER. Adobe DevOps will contribute to major AEM technical discussions and AEM enhancement initiatives related to improving customer experience, usability, latest web technologies.
Career level: Senior, Expert (min 5 years of experience)
Responsabilities:
- DevOps automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of AEM/AEMaaCS environments. Automate release processes, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM/AEMaaCS applications.
- Monitoring and performance optimization: Monitor AEM/AEMaaCS applications and infrastructure for performance, availability, and security. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system configurations to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Security and compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices, including user access controls, authentication, and data protection. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for AEM/AEMaaCS applications.
- Collaboration and support: Work closely with development teams, architects, system administrators, and stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance and support, especially for the Dispatcher Config.
- Documentation and knowledge sharing: Create and maintain documentation related to AEM/AEMaaCS infrastructure, configurations, and deployment processes. Share knowledge and best practices with the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in managing and supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environments.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Shell, Python.
- Experience with Jenkins / GitLab and integration with the Atlassian suite.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of web application servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and caching technologies (e.g., Dispatcher, CDNs).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools (e.g. NewRelic).
Nice to have:
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DevOps Engineer certification is a big Plus.
